UTL staff will complete your membership registration using the information provided in your form submission.
Once membership registration is complete, we will let you know via email.

Step 4 Login
Once you get an email from UTL, login to your membership page, change your password and register your credit card.

UTLから会員登録完了のメールを受け取ったら、会員サイトにログインし、パスワードの再設定と、クレジットカード登録をしてください。
